Overall, the latest South Florida real estate trends in Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and Marco Island show the market is healthy.  However, each community varies.  For example, West Bay only has 2 condos for sale and less than a months supply of inventory.  Tiburon on the other hand has a 16 month supply of inventory for single family homes.  A healthy market will be in the range 6-7 months supply of inventory.
