Naples Weekly Home Sales Review
According to the latest reports, the weekly June home sales review for the week of the 7th shows there were 509 Homes Sold in Naples. The highest priced property sold for $6,562,000.
East Naples remained in the first position for the week with 96 transactions. Home sales consisted of 8 percent vacant lots, 39 percent single family homes and 53 percent were condos.
North Naples was in the second spot with 92 home sales. Of the 92 property sales, 7 percent were vacant lots, 46 percent were single family homes and 47 percent were condos.
Finally, the City of Naples ended the week with 60 home sales for the last week of the month. Naples homes sales were made up of 25 percent single family homes and 72 percent condos. The remaining Naples properties sold were vacant lots.
In summary, the Naples June weekly home sales review for the week of the 7th showed Naples homes sold were broken down as follows: 235 condos, 183 single family homes and 91 vacant lots.
