Week of July 31st Naples Real Estate Sales

Overall, during the week of July 31st Naples Real Estate sales totaled 264 transactions. Sales in North Naples continue to lead the way with the most transactions. East Naples showed the second highest activity. Ultimately, North Naples ended the week with 62 properties. And, East Naples ended with 46 homes sold.

Additionally, of the 62 properties sold in North Naples, 39 percent of them were condos and 44 percent of them were single family homes. So, the remaining properties sold in North Naples were vacant lots. Also, in the East Naples area, there were 46 transactions, 59 percent of which were condos. And, 35 percent of the East Naples properties sold were single family homes. The remaining properties sold were vacant lots and mobile homes.

Also, the Corksrew area saw quite a bit of activity with 42 property transactions. And, almost 50 percent of the transactions were vacant lots. The remaining sales were single family homes, condos and mobile homes.

In summary, Naples Real Estate Transactions for the week of July 31st included 104 condos, 98 single family homes, 57 vacant lots and 5 mobile homes.

Finally, due to Hurricane Irma, real estate transactions for the week of July 24th were not available.
