Transactions ReviewOverall, the Naples Golf Guy Real Estate Transactions Review for the week of October 22nd shows there were 206 Naples Properties Sold.  This is up from the week before when 180 units sold. North Naples once again remained in the top spot for home sales with 42 real estate transactions which were down from 48 homes sold the previous week. And, East Naples stayed in the second position with 32 real sales compared to 36 homes sold during the week of October 15th.  Finally, the City of Naples rounded out the week with 25 transactions versus 32 homes sold the prior week.

So, of the 42 real estate sales in North Naples, 12 percent were vacant lots, 36 percent were condos and 52 percent were single family homes.  Also, in East Naples, of the 32 transactions closed, 13 percent were vacant lots, 31 percent were condos and 47 percent were single family homes.  The reaming properties closed were multi-family homes and mobile homes. Finally, of the 25 properties sold in the City of Naples, 16 percent were vacant lots, 60 percent were condos and 24 percent were single family homes.

In Summary, a review of Naples Golf Guy Florida real estate transactions review of property sales for the week of October 22nd show sales were broken down as follows: 86 single family homes, 75 condos, 42 vacant lots and 3 mobile homes sold in Collier County.
