New Talis Park homes are being built by WCI Communities.  Talis Park, an exclusive golf community, is located in north Naples and is one of the few golf communities still building new homes.  WCI has broken ground on mid-rise condos in Viansa.  There will be a total of 48 units within eight three-story terrace buildings.  Each new Viansa Terrace home will be approximately 2,350 square feet of living pace.  The first building is scheduled for completion in first quarter 2017.  Prices start at $615,000.

In addition, the new Carrara neighborhood has surpassed the fifty percent sold mark.  Talis Park homes at Carrara will consist of 90 penthouse homes within 15 Buildings.  Carrara homes start at $755,000.
