Overall, the South Lee County Florida Real Estate Sales report shows there were 135 property sales for the week of January 27th through February 3rd in Ft. Myers, Bonita Springs and Estero.
Once again, Fort Myers takes the lead with the most real estate transactions for the week at 50 properties. Bonita springs followed with the second most transactions with 43 properties sold. And Estero finished the week with the third most activity, coming in with 40 units sold.
Additionally, of the 50 closings in Ft. Myers, 58 percent were single family homes and 18 percent were condos. The remaining properties sold in Ft. Myers were a combination of commercial units, mobile homes, vacant lots and one agricultural lot.
And, Bonita Springs also rounded out the week strong with a total of 43 properties sold, 23 percent of which were condos, 13 percent were vacant lots and 35 percent were single family homes. So, the remaining sales included mobile homes.
Finally, Estero ended the week with 40 properties sold, 48 percent were condos and 20 percent of were single-family homes. The remaining properties sold were mobile homes, vacant lots and commercial units.
In summary, your South Florida Real Estate Review shows 52 single family homes, 38 condos, 30 vacant residential lots, 4 commercial buildings, 10 mobile homes and 1 agricultural lot sold during the week.
