Overall, during the week of April 29th through May 6th, 220 real estate transactions closed in South Lee County. Ft. Myers had the most sales with a total of 80 sales.
Further, of the 80 properties sold, 50 percent of them were single family homes. In addition, in Estero, there were 66 sales, 35 percent of which were condo sales and 32 percent were single family homes.
In summary, 71 condos, 102 single family homes, 33 vacant lots, 3 multi-family lots, 1 agricultural lot and 102 mobile homes sold during the week.
