South Lee County May Real Estate Sales – Week of May 12th
Overall, the South Lee County May Real Estate Sales Report shows there were 204 properties sold during the Week of May 12th in Ft. Myers, Bonita Springs and Estero. This is down from the prior week when 266 properties sold.
Similar to last week, Fort Myers took the top spot in Lee County with the most real estate sales with 83 properties sold, down from 100 the previous week. Bonita Springs was second with 88 real estate transactions versus 79 properties sold the prior week. And, Estero finished the week with 38 transactions compared to 82 sales the week before. So, the biggest difference in properties sold was in the Estero area.
So, of the 83 properties sold in Ft. Myers, 25 percent were condos, 46 percent were single family homes and 24 percent were vacant lots. The remaining properties sold were multi-family units and commercial units.
Additionally, of the 80 closings in Bonita Springs, 38 percent were single family homes, 15 percent were vacant lots and 41 percent were condos. The remaining property sold in Estero were multi-family unites, mobile homes and a coop.
Finally, Estero finished the week with a total of 38 properties sold, 37 percent were condos and 19 percent were single family homes. So, the remaining sales were commercial units, mobile homes and vacant lots.
In summary, your Lee County Homes Sold Report shows 87 single family homes, 70 condos, 36 vacant lots, 4 mobile homes, 4 multi-family units, 2 commercial units and 1 coop sold during the week. Similar to the prior week, there was a wide variety of properties sold in the area.

- 33912 – 26 properties sold (1 commercial unit, 1 vacant lot, 15 single family homes and 9 condos)
- 33913 – 30 properties sold (6 vacant lots, 13 single family homes and 11 condos)
- 33967 – 27 properties sold (3 multi-family units, 13 vacant lots, 10 single family homes and 1 condo)
Estero
- 33928 – 24 properties sold (1 mobile home, 1 commercial unit, 3 vacant lots, 14 single family homes and 5 condos)
- 33967 – 1 property sold (1 single family home)
