RENTAL RATES SOAR IN SOUTHWEST FLORIDA

Single-family rental rates in Southwest Florida showed the highest rental rate increases in the country during the first quarter of 2016 according to RentRange.  The company provides market data and analytics for the single-family rental industry and their latest report showed rent increased 29.2 percent in the Cape Coral and Fort Myers area and 26 percent in the Naples and Marco Island area.
