Real Estate Transactions Rebound Mid-July

Real Estate Sales ReboundReal Estate transactions rebound from the previous week.  During the week of July 9th in Naples Florida there were 271 Naples Properties Sold. This is significantly higher than the previous week when 175 homes sold.  Similar to last week, North Naples still had the most real estate transactions with a total of 71 properties sold which is up from 42 the week before. And, East Naples had the second most homes sold with 57 real estate transactions compared to 31 during the prior week. Finally, the City of Naples rounded out the week with 24 transactions which was the same as the previous week when there were also 24 units sold.

Additionally, of the 71 real estate sales in North Naples, 44 percent were condos, 48 percent were single family homes and 8 percent were vacant lots.  Also, in East Naples, of the 57 transactions closed, 63 percent were condos and 32 percent were single family homes. The remaining properties sold were mobile homes and vacant lots. And, of the 24 properties sold in the City of Naples, 67 percent were condos and 33 percent were single family homes.  Since we are at the height of summer, it is great to real estate closings still high for the week.

In Summary, real estate transactions rebound in the Naples area during the week of July 9th. Overall, real estate sales are broken down as follows: 127 condos, 98 single family homes 44 vacant lots and 2 mobile homes closed in Collier County.
