November Naples Property Sales Week of the 20th

November Naples Property SalesOverall, Naples Property Sales for the Week for November 20th shows there were 165 properties sold in Collier County down from 244 last week.  Similar to last week, North Naples had the most real estate transactions. And, East Naples has the second most homes sold.  Finally, the Corkscrew area had the third highest units sold for the week.  Ultimately, North Naples ended the week with  43 property sales, North Naples had 36 homes sold. And, Corkscrew finished the week with 21 properties sold which was the same as last week.

Additionally, of the 43 real estate sales in North Naples, 39 percent were condos, 11 percent were vacant lots and 35 percent were single family homes.  Also, in East Naples, of the 36 transactions, 67 percent were condos and 19 percent were single family homes. So, the remaining sales in East Naples were vacant lots and mobile homes.

Lastly, Corkscrew had the third highest activity with 21 real estate transactions. In particular, a majority of the property sales, 52 percent, were vacant lots. The remaining properties sold were single family homes.

In summary, Naples Home Sales Week for November 20th through November 26th shows 70 condos, 48 single family homes, 43 vacant lots and 4 mobile homes sold in Collier County.
