Southwest Florida November 2018 Real Estate Statistics
For November 2018, according to the Estero and Bonita Springs Florida Realtors Associaiton® (BEAR), both single family homes sales and condo sales increased compared to November of last year. Additionally, inventory of condos increased double digits up 14.6 percent compared to November 2018. Most importantly, the amount of inventory on the market is just over a 6 month supply of homes for sale. This is considered a balanced and stable market.
Estero and Bonita Springs Florida Single Family Home Statistics – November 2018
November 2018 Single Family Home Highlights:
- Closed sales increased from 73 in November 2018 up to 80 this year which is a 9.6 percent increase
- Pending sales decreased 17.9 percent from 106 down to 87 compared to last November
- Inventory of active listings went up to 614 from 566 which is an 8.5 percent increase versus last year
- Supply of Inventory decreased from 6.6 months down to 6.1 months
Estero and Bonita Springs Florida Condo Statistics – November 2018
November 2018 Condo Highlights:
- Closed sales increased slightly from 60 in November 2018 up to 61 this year which is a 1.7 percent increase
- Pending sales decreased 34.6 percent from 104 down to 68 compared to last November
- Inventory of active listings increased to 577 from 502 which is a 14.9 percent increase versus last year
- Supply of Inventory decreased from 6.7 months down to 6.5 months
