The latest Naples Real Estate News for real estate transactions during the week of February 18th show there were 212 Properties Sold in the Naples area. East Naples took over the top spot for the most real estate transactions for the week.  There were 45 properties sold. North Naples was a close second with 41 sales.  And finally, the city of Naples rounded out the week with 18 property transactions.

So, of the 45 real estate sales in East Naples, 9 percent were vacant lots, 31 percent were single family homes and 58 percent were condos. Additionally, there was one mobile home sold. Also, in North Naples, of the 41 transactions closed, 17 percent were vacant lots, 32 percent were condos and 51 percent were single family homes. Last but not least, of the 18 Naples properties sold in the City, 44 percent were single family homes and 56 percent were condos.

In review, the latest Naples Real Estate News for properties sold during the week of the 18th show sales were broken down as follows: 78 single family homes, 88 condos, 45 vacant lots and 1 mobile home sold in Collier County.
