Naples Real Estate ClosingsOverall, there were 266 Naples Real Estate Closings the week of June 5th through June 11th.  Once again, North Naples and East Naples had the most sales. North Naples had 67 property sales. And, East Naples ended the month with 53 sales.

Additionally, of the 67 properties sold in North Naples, 45 percent of them were condos and 43 percent of them were single family homes.  So, the remaining properties sold in North Naples were vacant lots. Also, in East Naples, there were 53 sales, 55 percent of which were condos. And, 34 percent were single family homes.  Similar to north Naples, the remaining lots sold were vacant lots or mobile homes.

In summary, Naples Real Estate Transactions for the week of June 5th included 108 condos, 111  single family homes, 41 vacant lots and 6 mobile homes.
