Naples Properties Sold Report Up Over Previous Week

Naples Properties Sold ReportOverall, Naples properties sold report for the week of August 13th show there were 245 Naples Properties Sold. This is quite a bit higher than the previous week when 182 homes sold.  Similar to last week, North Naples still had the most real estate transactions with a total of 60 properties sold which is up from 50 the week before.  And, East Naples had the second most homes sold with 50 real estate transactions compared to 33 during the prior week. Finally, the City of Naples rounded out the week with 25 transactions which was slightly higher than the previous week when there were 20 units sold.

Additionally, of the 60 real estate sales in North Naples, 47 percent were condos, 38 percent were single family homes and 15 percent were vacant lots.  Also, in East Naples, of the 50 transactions closed, 11 percent were vacant lots, 64 percent were condos and 24 percent were single family homes. The remaining properties sold were mobile homes. And, of the 25 properties sold in the City of Naples, 68 percent were condos and 28 percent were single family homes.

In Summary, Naples properties sold report during the week of August 13th were broken down as follows: 113 condos, 85 single family homes 46 vacant lots and 1 mobile home closed in Collier County.
