Old Collier was designed by world renowned architect Tom Fazio and opened in 2001. The club is all about golf. There are no homes surrounding the course. Once you pass through the gates it’s as though you’ve passed into another world.
The golf course is in mint condition. From the moment you step out on the first tee you feel as though you are in golfers paradise. The tees, fairways and greens are perfect! With only 224 members, it’s no wonder the course is in such phenomenal condition. And, unlike many clubs in the area, there are no tee times. As a result it’s easy to get on the course without waiting.

Well, there’s a catch, membership is by invitation only and the initiation fee is $310,000. Did I mention the annual dues are $21,500? For those of you who can afford the hefty fees, there are a few memberships open. According to the club’s bylaws, they will allow up to 250 members.
Also, one of Old Collier’s most unique attributes is its single-bag caddy program. Most members walk, however, there are carts available if needed. The club selects the finest caddies in the world. In addition to some of the best caddies in the United States, caddies come from Scotland, England and Ireland.
