Naples Late March Home Sales Report for Week of March 22nd
The Naples Late March Home Sales Report shows 567 Homes Sold during the week of the 22nd up from 497 sales during the previous week. The highest priced home sold for $11,725,000 in Port Royal.
East Naples remained in the first position with 144 property sales up from 91 sales during the previous week. Home sales consisted of 10 percent vacant lots, 26 percent single family homes and 60 percent were condos. The remaining sale in the area were mobile homes.
North Naples rounded out the week with 93 real estate transactions up from 75 during the week of the 15th. Of the 93 property sales, 44 percent were single family homes, 51 percent were condos and 5 percent were vacant lots.
Finally, the City of Naples with 78 properties sold down from 88 sales during the prior week. Naples homes sales were made up of 9 percent vacant lots, 29 percent single family homes and 62 percent condos.
In summary, the latest real estate transactions review for the week of March 22nd shows Naples homes sold were broken down as follows: 266 condos, 205 single family homes, 87 vacant lots and 9 mobile homes sold throughout Collier County.
