Naples June Home Sales Review For The Week of The 1st

luxury homes in naples flThe latest Naples June Home Sales report for the week of the 1st show there were 222 Homes Sold compared to 255 home sales during the prior week.

North Naples moved back into the top spot with 47 real estate transactions compared to 52 real transactions during the prior week. Of the 47 sales, 11 percent were vacant lots, 49 percent were single family homes and 40 percent were condos.

East Naples feel into the second position with 37 real estate transactions versus 53 real estate transactions during the previous report.  East Naples home sales consisted of 41 percent single family homes and 54 percent were condos. The remaining properties sold in the area were a mobile home and a vacant lot.

Finally, the City of Naples rounded out the week with 30 home sales up from 27 during the last week of May. Real estate sales were made up of 33 percent single family homes and 63 percent condos. The remaining property sold in Downtown Naples was a vacant lot.

In summary, the latest real estate transactions review for the week of June 1st show Naples homes sold were broken down as follows: 73 condos, 109 single family homes, 37 vacant lots and 3 mobile homes sold throughout Collier County.
