Naples Homes Sold the Week of April 2nd

April 2ndOverall, the number of Naples Homes Sold during the week of April 2nd was 310 properties. This is an expected decline from the previous week when 426 homes sold.  The biggest change was the number of single family homes and vacant lots sold during the previous week.  Unlike last week, East Naples had the most real estate transactions. And, North Naples had the second most homes sold.  Once again, the City of Naples came in third. Ultimately, East Naples ended the week with 69 properties sold down from 83 during the prior week. And North Naples had 58 homes sold, compared to 94 the previous week. Finally, the City of Naples ended the week with 43 properties sold versus 72 the week of the March 26th.

Additionally, of the 69 real estate sales in East Naples, 58 percent were condos and 33 percent were single family homes.  The remaining properties sold were vacant lots and mobile homes. Also, in North Naples, of the 58 transactions closed, 50 percent were condos and 40 percent were single family homes.  Similar to East Naples, the other properties sold were vacant lots and mobile homes. Finally, of the 43 transactions closed, 58 percent were condos and 42 percent were single family homes.

In summary, the number of Naples Homes Sold the week of April 2nd shows 160 condos, 117 single family homes 31 vacant lots and 2 mobile homes closed in Collier County.
