Naples Golf Guy January Market Report

The latest real estate news for the Naples and Bonita Springs area is now available.  Based on the recent reports released by NABOR (Naples Area Board of Realtors), the market continues to stabilize between buyers and sellers.  Although sales and pending sales decreased during the month of January, inventory did increase which will give buyers a slightly larger selection to choose from going forward.
