MARCO ISLAND REAL ESTATE SALES REACH $46 MILLION

A total of $46 million worth of real estate closed on Marco Island in August of this year according to the latest data available.

The number of single-family homes sold fell 8 percent when compared to August of last year.  There were a total of 24 homes sold last month compared to 26 in August 2015.

Similarly, Marco Island condo sales saw a decline.  Sales were down 6 percent from 30 in August of 2016 versus 32 during the same month last year.
