March Weekly Real Estate Review Naples Florida

March Weekly Real Estate ReviewOverall, the March Weekly Real Estate Review for Naples Florida shows there were 271 properties sold in Collier County for the week of Mar. 5th through the 11th.  This is down from 420 last week.  Once again, North Naples had the most real estate transactions for the week. And, East Naples had the second most homes sold.  The City of Naples came in third. Ultimately, North Naples ended the week with 72 properties sold down from 118 last week. And East Naples had 40 homes sold, compared to 79 the prior week. Finally, the City of Naples ended the week with 37 properties sold versus 51 the week of the 26th.

Additionally, of the 72 real estate sales in North Naples, 42 percent were condos, 44 percent were single family homes and 11 percent were vacant lots. The remaining properties sold were mobile homes.  Also, in East Naples, of the 40 transactions closed, 55 percent were condos, 30 percent were single family homes and 6 percent were vacant lots.  Finally, of the 37 properties sold in the City of Naples, 43 percent were condos and 57 percent were single family.

In summary, the March Weekly Real Estate Review for March 5th through March 11th shows 100 condos, 121 single family homes 45 vacant lots and 5 mobile homes sold in Collier County.
