March Foreclosure Report

According to a 2015 March Foreclosure Report by RealtyTrac, foreclosure activity dropped in Lee County during the first quarter of 2015 to 1,658 properties, down from 2,001 properties in the last quarter of 2014 and 1,949 properties from the same quarter last year. Collier County foreclosure activity dropped to 470 properties in the first quarter of 2015, down from 563 properties the quarter before and 783 properties from the same period last year. Florida was among one of the highest states with foreclosure rates in the first quarter of 2015.
