Lee County Weekly Home Sales Review
Overall, the Lee County Weekly Home Sales Review shows there were 130 properties sold during the week of February 24th through March 3rd in Ft. Myers, Bonita Springs and Estero. This is down slightly from the previous week when 137 properties sold.
Unlike the previous week, Estero lead the area with the most real estate sales for the week with 49 properties sold. Bonita springs was second with 42 properties sold. And Fort Myers finished the week with the third most activity, coming in at 38 units sold.
Additionally, of the 49 closings in Estero, 45 percent were vacant lots, 33 percent were single family homes and 18 percent were condos. The remaining properties sold in Estero were mobile homes.
Bonita Springs rounded out the week with a total of 42 properties sold, 50 percent were condos, 26 percent were vacant lots and 19 percent were single family homes. So, the remaining sales were coops.
Finally, Fort Myers ended the week with 38 properties sold, 32 percent were condos and 47 percent were single-family homes. The remaining properties sold were vacant lots and multi-family units.
In summary, your Lee County Weekly Home Sales Review shows 42 single family homes, 42 condos, 40 vacant lots, 2 mobile homes, 2 coops and 2 multi-family units sold during the week.
