Lee County March Weekly Real Estate Review

Lee County MarchOverall, the Lee County March Weekly Sales Report for Southwest Florida shows there were 223 properties sold during the week of the 24th through 31st in Ft. Myers, Bonita Springs and Estero.

Similar to prior weeks, Fort Myers led Lee County with the most real estate sales with 80 properties sold.  Estero was a close second with 76 real estate transactions.  And, Bonita Springs finished the week with 64 sales.

So, of the 80 properties sold in Fort Myers, 20 percent were condos and 49 percent were single-family homes.  The remaining properties sold were vacant lots.

Additionally, of the 76 closings in Estero, 28 percent were single family homes, 34 percent were vacant lots and 33 percent were condos.  The remaining properties sold in Estero were agricultural lots and commercial units.

Finally,  Bonita Springs rounded out the week with a total of 64 properties sold, 39 percent were condos and 30 percent were single family homes.  So, the remaining sales were vacant lots, mobile homes and commercial units.

In summary, your Lee County March Weekly Sales Report shows 79 single family homes, 65 condos, 52 vacant lots, 13 mobile homes, 8 vacant government lots, 4 commercial units, 1 vacant commercial lot and 1 agricultural lot sold during the week.

  • 34134 – 21 properties sold (2 vacant lots, 2 mobile homes, 4 single family homes and 13 condos)
  • 34135 – 43 properties sold (3 commercial units, 6 mobile homes, 7 vacant lots, 15 single family homes and 12 condos)

Fort Myers

  • 33912 – 17 properties sold (8 single family homes and 9 condos)
  • 33913 – 42 properties sold (1 vacant commercial lot, 8 vacant government lots, 10 vacant residential lots, 16 single family homes and 7 condos)
  • 33967 – 21 properties sold (6 vacant lots and 15 single family homes)

Bonita Area Real EstateEstero

  • 33928 – 62 properties sold (1 agricultural lots, 1 commercial unit, 26 vacant lots, 5 mobile homes, 17 single family homes and 12 condos)
