Lee County Homes Sold Report – Week of May 5th

Lee County Homes Sold ReportOverall, the Lee County Homes Sold Report shows there were 266 properties sold during the Week of May 5th in Ft. Myers, Bonita Springs and Estero. This is similar to the prior week when 256 properties sold.

Unlike last week, Fort Myers took the top spot in Lee County with the most real estate sales with 100 properties sold, down from 110 the previous week.  Estero was second with 82 real estate transactions versus 70 properties sold the prior week. And, Bonita Springs finished the week with 79 transactions compared to 67 sales the week before.

So, of the 100 properties sold in Ft. Myers, 27 percent were condos, 36 percent were single family homes and the remaining properties sold were vacant lots, agricultural lots and commercial units.

Additionally, of the 82 closings in Estero, 32 percent were single family homes, 33 percent were vacant lots and 29 percent were condos.  The remaining property sold in Estero were mobile homes.

Finally,  Bonita Springs finished the week with a total of 79 properties sold, 9 percent were mobile homes, 47 percent were condos and 35 percent were single family homes. So, the remaining sales were commercial units, multi-family units and vacant lots.

In summary, your Lee County Homes Sold Report shows 92 single family homes, 90 condos, 68 vacant lots, 12 mobile homes, 2 commercial units, 1 multi-family unit and 1 agricultural lot sold during the week. What a wide variety of properties sold in the area!

  • 34135 – 51 properties sold (1 commercial unit, 4 mobile homes, 2 vacant lots, 21 single family homes and 23 condos)

Fort Myers

  • 33912 – 28 properties sold (11 single family homes and 17 condos)
  • 33913 – 54 properties sold (1 commercial unit, 1 agricultural lot, 26 vacant lots, 16 single family homes and 10 condos)
  • 33967 – 18 properties sold (9 vacant lots and 9 single family homes)
