The Latest Naples July Home Sales Recap
The latest Naples July Home Sales report for the first week of the month shows there were 282 Homes Sold compared to 318 properties sold the previous week.
North Naples was tied for the top spot with 66 real estate transactions for the week compared to 73 during the prior week. Of the 66 sales, 5 percent were vacant lots, 62 percent were single family homes and 33 percent were condos.
East Naples also had 66 real estate transactions for the week of the 6th compared to 58 sales during the week of June 29th. East Naples home sales consisted of 8 percent vacant lots, 36 percent single family homes and 55 percent were condos. The remaining property sold in the area was a mobile home.
Finally, the City of Naples rounded out the week with 32 home sales compared to 36 sales during the previous week. They were made up of 53 percent single family homes and 44 percent condos. The remaining property sold in Downtown Naples was a vacant lot. Most notably, 10 of the 11 homes sold in downtown Naples (34102) were over $1 million.
In summary, the latest real estate transactions review for the week of July 6th show Naples homes sold were broken down as follows: 103 condos, 132 single family homes, 40 vacant lots and 7 mobile homes sold throughout Collier County.
