Kensington Golf and Country Club is a golf community located in Naples FL. There are currently 18 Kensington properties for sale. Single family homes, coach homes and condos surround the 18 hole championship golf course.
There are 565 properties within this gated community. Coach homes are located in four neighborhoods and range in price from $300,000 to $700,000. Single Family homes and villas are located within six different Kensington neighborhoods and range in price from $500,000 to $1 million. Two neighborhoods of Estate Homes are also in the development ranging in price from $1 million and up.
Kensington’s golf course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. and offers eight different tee boxes. Membership is limited to 536 members. Both resident and non-resident memberships are available. The initiation fee is $38,000 with annual dues of just over $13,000.
