The July Naples homes sold report for the week of the 19th showed 389 Homes Sold. The highest priced property sold for $19,500,000 in the city of Naples.
North Naples remained in the top spot with 82 homes sold. Of the 82 property sales, 9 percent were vacant lots, 52 percent were single family homes and 38 percent were condos. The remaining lot sold was a mobile home.
East Naples stayed in the second position for the week with 70 property sales. Home sales consisted of 4 percent vacant lots, 31 percent single family homes and 63 percent were condos. The other property sold was a mobile home.
Finally, the City of Naples ended the week with 48 home sales during the second week of July. Naples homes sales were made up of 40 percent single family homes and 58 percent condos. Additional 1 vacant lot was sold
In summary, the Naples July weekly home sales review for the week of the 19th showed Naples homes sold were broken down as follows: 169 condos, 145 single family homes, 71 vacant lots and 4 mobile homes.
