SWFL Foreclosure Update – According to a report released today by RealtyTrac, foreclosure actions decreased in Lee County to 541, down 8.46 percent from January 2015 (591) and 29.19 percent from (764) February 2014. Foreclosure actions increased in Collier to 191, up 24.03 percent (154) from January 2015 but down 30.04 percent (273) from February 2014. Charlotte County foreclosure actions jumped to 151, up 36.04 percent (111) from January 2015 but down 58.74 percent (366) from February of last year.
