Estero Real Estate TransactionsOverall, there were 266 Ft. Myers, Bonita Springs and Estero Real Estate Sales during the week of July 29th through August 5th.  Estero had the most activity with 81 real estate transactions.  A close second was Bonita Springs with a total of 73 property sales.

Additionally, of the 81 closings in Estero, 44 percent of them were single family homes and 31 percent were condos.  The remaining units sold were vacant lots and mobile homes. Further, of the 73 Bonita Springs properties sold, 38 percent of them were condos and 37 percent were single family homes. Similar to Bonita Springs, the rest of the closings were commercial units, mobile homes and an agricultural lot.

In summary, 94 single family homes, 75 condos, 50 vacant lots, 4 mobile homes, 2 commercial buildings, 1 agricultural lot sold during the week.

  • 34134 – 17 properties sold (1 mobile home, 9 single family homes and 7 condos)
  • 34135 – 56 properties sold (1 commercial unit, 2 mobile homes, 13 vacant lots, 18 single family homes, and 22 condos)

Fort Myers

  • 33912 – 21 properties sold (1 vacant lot, 13 single family homes and 7 condos)
  • 33913 – 46 properties sold (1 agricultural lot, 1 commercial, 17 vacant lots, 16 single family homes and 11 condos)
  • 33967 – 3 properties sold (2 single family homes and 1 condo)


  • 33928 – 50 properties sold (1 mobile home, 19 vacant lots, 18 single family homes and 12 condos)
