December Naples Home Sales Week of the 4th

Overall, December Naples Home Sales during the Week of the 4th shows there were 205 properties sold in Collier County, down from 326 the previous week.  Similar to last week, North Naples had the most real estate transactions. And, East Naples has the second most homes sold.  Ultimately, North Naples ended the week with 41 properties sold down from 62 the week before.  East Naples had 34 homes sold down from 60 the prior week. 

Additionally, of the 41 real estate sales in North Naples, 39 percent were condos, 24 percent were vacant lots and 34 percent were single family homes.  The remaining sales were mobile homes. Also, in East Naples, of the 34 transactions, 55 percent were condos and 32 percent were single family homes. So, the remaining Naples property sales were mobile homes and vacant lots.

In summary, Naples Home Sold during the Week of December 4th through December 10th shows 80 condos, 65 single family homes, 57 vacant lots  and 3 mobile homes sold in Collier County.
