Colliers Reserve Approves Improvement Plan
Colliers Reserve Approves Improvement Plan
Colliers Reserve approves improvement plan for $13.8 million. The plan includes a completely renovated clubhouse and golf operations building as well as a new boathouse with informal and alfresco dining, a new activities center. Similar to other golf clubs in the area, the club will be adding pickleball and bocce facilities.
Collier’s Reserve Country Club was the first Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Signature golf course in existence. This Arthur Hills golf course was designed under the guidelines of the Audubon Society for energy and water conservation. The beauty of the land combined with expert course design has resulted in true excellence for this North Naples private golf course. Those who love golf will revel in the natural setting, the surrounding preserves and the glimpse of Florida wildlife. Many of the course’s holes are tree lined, and the terrain is predominantly flat, but there are some mounds that can cause uneven lines. The large greens vary in undulation and are medium speed. There are many sand bunkers on the course, and the water hazards come into play.
