Bonita Springs Real Estate TransactionsOverall, there were 245 Estero, Fort Myers and Bonita Springs Real Estate Transactions during the week of May 13th through May 20th.  Bonita Springs had the most sales with a total of 112 sales. Further, of the 112 Bonita properties sold, 63 percent of them were vacant lots. In addition, in Fort Myers, there were 107 sales, 43 percent of which were commercial lots.

In summary, 95 vacant lots, 56 single family homes, 47 commercial lots, 30 condos, 7 mobile homes, 6 notes parcels, 2 cooperatives, 1 multi-family lot and 1 school sold during the week.

Fort Myers

  • 33912 – 55 properties sold (46 commercial lots, 4 vacant lots and 5 single family homes)
  • 33913 – 36 properties sold (1 school, 14 vacant lots, 17 single family homes and 4 condos)
  • 33967 – 10 properties sold (1 multi-family lot, 1 vacant lot and 8 single family homes)
