August Lee County Real Estate Transactions

Overall, August Lee County home sales showed there were 107 properties sold for the week of the 10th in the Southern Ft. Myers, Estero and Bonita Springs area. The lower activity is a result of the short supply of inventory in southern Lee County.

Southern Fort Myers remained in the first position with 48 real estate transactions. Of the 48 homes sold, 21 percent were vacant lots, 21 percent were condos and 54 percent were single family homes. The other properties sold in S. Ft Myers were commercial units.

Bonita Springs remained in the second position with 34 sales. Home sales consisted of: 18 percent vacant lots, 24 percent condos and 50 percent were single family homes. The remaining properties sold in Bonita were mobile homes and multi-family units.

Finally, Estero rounded out the week with 21 homes sold. Of the 21 real estate sales, 14 percent were mobile homes, 43 percent were condos and 38 percent were single family homes. And, the remaining property sold in Estero was a vacant lot.

In review, based on the August Lee County Real Estate Sales report for the week of the 10th, sales were broken down by the following property types in Southwest Florida: 29 condos, 52 single family homes, 18 vacant lots, 5 mobile homes, 2 commercial units and 1 multi-family unit sold.

33912 – 11 properties sold (1 commercial unit, 3 single family homes and 7 condos)
33913 – 24 properties sold (1 commercial unit, 6 vacant lots, 14 single family homes and 3 condos)
33967 – 13 properties sold (4 vacant lots and 9 single family homes)

Estero

33928 – 19 properties sold (3 mobile homes, 1 vacant lot, 6 single family homes and 9 condos)
34134 – 1 property sold (1 single family home)
34135 – 1 property sold (1 single family home)

Miromar
