April 1st Real Estate Review Indicates a Great Start to Naples Home Sales for the Month

April 1stThe latest Naples Home Sales report for the week of April 1st show there were 344 Properties Sold in the Naples area down from 486 homes sold the previous week.  East Naples remained in the top spot for the most real estate transactions for the week with 78 homes sold compared to 103 transactions the prior week. North Naples remained in the second position with 76 homes sales versus 95 sales the week before. And finally, the city of Naples had another strong week with 52 real estate transactions compared to 64 Naples home sales the last week in March.

So, of the 78 real estate sales in East Naples, 3 percent were vacant lots, 23 percent were single family homes and 74 percent were condos.

And, in North Naples, of the 76 transactions closed, 5 percent were vacant lots, 47 percent were condos and 46 percent were single family homes. Additionally, the remaining property sold was a mobile home.

Finally, of the 52 Naples homes sold in the City, 29 percent were single family homes and 71 percent were condos.

In summary, the latest Naples home sales report for the week of the April 1st show sales were broken down as follows: 127 single family homes, 183 condos, 31 vacant lots and 3 mobile homes sold throughout Collier County.
