2020 Naples Home Sales Finish June Strong
The latest 2020 Naples Home Sales report for the last week of June show there were 318 Homes Sold.
North Naples was in the top spot with 73 real estate transactions for the week. Of the 73 sales, 58 percent were single family homes and 39 percent were condos. The remaining property sold was a vacant lot.
East Naples remained in the second position with 58 real estate transactions for the week of the 29th. East Naples home sales consisted of 19 percent vacant lots, 26 percent single family homes and 55 percent were condos.
Finally, the City of Naples rounded out the week with 36 home sales. They were made up of 58 percent single family homes and 39 percent condos. The remaining property sold in Downtown Naples was a vacant lot.
In summary, the latest real estate transactions review for the week of June 29th show Naples homes sold were broken down as follows: 88 condos, 144 single family homes and 86 vacant lotssold throughout Collier County.
