SOUTHWEST FL HOME SALES

The most recent real estate news and statistics for the Naples and Bonita Springs area is now available.  Based on the recent market reports released by NABOR (Naples Area Board of Realtors), both Naples and Bonita Springs have seen a significant increase in inventory.  This is great news for buyers.  Since there has been a shortage of properties on the the market for past several months, the additional inventory will help stabilize the market between buyers and sellers.
