Overall, there were 378 Naples Real Estate Sales during the week of April 17th through April 23rd. Once again, North Naples and East Naples had the most sales in the area. North Naples had a total of 74 sales. And East Naples ended the week with 76 property sales.

Further, of the 74 properties sold in North Naples, 41 percent of them were condos. And 42 percent of them were single family homes. The remaining properties sold in North Naples were vacant lots. In addition, in East Naples, there were 76 sales, 59 percent of which were condos.

In summary, Naples Real Estate Sales for the week of April 17th included 147 condos, 155 single family homes, 73 vacant lots and 3 mobile homes.
