Collier Real Estate TransactionsThere was a total of 166 Collier real estate transactions closed during the week of February 2nd through the 12th.  Both North Naples and East Naples had the most transactions during this time period.

North Naples included 33 real estate transactions with 42 percent of them being single family homes. And 52 percent of them were condos.  And, in East Naples, there were 35 sales, 63 percent of which were condo sales.

  • 34103 – 9 properties sold (1 vacant lot, 2 single family homes and 6 condos)
  • 34105 – 5 properties sold (2 single family homes and 3 condos)

North Naples

  • 34109 – 8 properties sold (4 single family homes and 4 condos)
  • 34110 – 14 properties sold (1 vacant lot, 4 single family homes and 9 condos)
  • 34119 – 11 properties sold (1 vacant lot, 6 single family homes and 4 condos)

East Naples

  • 34104 – 8 properties sold (2 single family homes and 6 condos)
  • 34112 – 18 properties sold (2 vacant lot, 3 single family homes and 13 condos)
  • 34113 – 9 properties sold (1 vacant lot, 2 single family homes and 6 condos)

Eastern Collier County

  • 34114 – 20 properties sold (2 vacant lots, 6 singles family homes, 3 mobile homes and 9 condos)

Golden Gate

  • 34116 – 11 properties sold (8 single family homes and 2 condos)

Big Cypress
