Bonita Springs February Market Update

The Bonita Springs real estate market remains strong two months into the year. According to the latest report issued by the Bonita Springs-Estero Association of Realtors (B.E.A.R), inventory saw a significant increase of 19 percent when compared to the same time last year and up 6.5 percent from January. At the same time, average days on market decreased 3 percent in back to back years.

February Highlights Year-Over-Year:

Active Listings increased 19 percent from 860 to 1,026 units
Average Days on Market decreased 3 percent from 112 days down to 109 days
Pending Sales increased 8 percent from 331 units to 357 units
Closed Sales decreased 33 percent from 159 units to 107 units
Percentage of List Price increased slightly from 95.20 percent up to 95.49 percent
Average List Price increased 10.9 percent from $515,000 up to $571,000
