November Real Estate Trends for Southwest Florida

Based on the latest South Florida November Real Estate trends, for the week of the 17th in the Southern Ft. Myers, Estero and Bonita Springs area, there were 82 properties sold. This is down slightly from 90 units sold during the prior week.

TrendsSimilar to the previous week, Southern Fort Myers led the market with the most real estate sales. There were 40 properties sold compared to 38 homes sold during the week of November 10th.  Bonita Springs was second with 29 properties sold versus 32 the week before.  And, Estero remained in the third position with 12 real estate transactions which was down from the previous week when there were 18 properties sold.

For the 40 real estate sales in S. Fort Myers, 15 percent were condos, 33 percent were vacant lots and 48 percent were single family homes. The remaining transactions were agricultural lots.

Also, of the 29 real estate transactions in Bonita, 28 percent were condos, 31 percent were vacant lots and 31 percent were single family homes. The remaining transactions were mobile homes and commercial units.

Lastly, of the 12 closings in Estero, 42 percent were vacant lots and 33 percent were single family homes. The other properties sold in Estero were a vacant lot, commercial building and a mobile home.

In review, based on the Southwest Florida November Real Estate Trends for the third week of the month, transactions are broken down by the following property types:  33 single family homes, 15 condos, 27 vacant lots, 3 mobile homes, 3 agricultural lots and 1 commercial unit sold during the week.

  • 34134 – 7 properties sold (1 commercial unit, 1 mobile home, 3 single family homes and 2 condos)
  • 34135 – 22 properties sold (1 mobile home, 9 vacant lots, 6 single family homes and 6 condos)

Southern Fort Myers

  • 33912 – 10 properties sold (1 agricultural lot, 1 vacant lot, 4 single family homes and 4 condos)
  • 33913 – 18 properties sold (1 agricultural lot, 7 vacant lots, 8 single family homes and 2 condos)
  • 33967 – 12 properties sold (5 vacant lots and 7 single family homes)

Estero

  • 33928 – 9 properties sold (1 agricultural lot, 1 mobile home, 5 vacant lots and 2 single family homes)
  • 33967 – 1 property sold (1 single family home)
  • 34135 – 2 properties sold (1 single family home and 1 condo)

Miromar Lakes

  • 33913 – 1 property sold (1 single family home)
