Mediterra is an exclusive golf community with some homes located in North Naples and some homes located in South Bonita Springs. The club has two golf course which weave their way through nature preserves, lakes and landforms to create a challenging and dramatic golf experience. The Club at Mediterra has been certified as the world’s first 36-hole Audubon International Silver Signature Sanctuary. Membership in The Club, now non-refundable at a much lower fee, is restricted to 225 members for each golf course.
Also, there are a limited number of new construction single family homes available in 5 neighborhoods within the community including Cabreo, Caminetto, Cortile, Lurcarno and Serata.
