However, each community varies. For example, Pelican Sound only has 1 single family home on the market and only 1.2 months supply of inventory which is really tight. Bay Colony at Pelican Bay, on the other hand, has a 36 month supply of inventory for single-family homes which is the highest supply of inventory in a Luxury Golf Community in Naples.
