Wellen Park Golf and Country Club is a bundled golf community in Wellen Park’s Playmore District. A new 18-hole Championship golf course and clubhouse will be at the center of Resort-style living.
In addition to golf, residents will have access to a pickleball, tennis, bocce ball, state-of-the-art fitness center, spa, resort-style pool and dining. While the community is currently semi-private, plans are to convert this to a member only club.
This new gated golf community is part of 11 neighborhoods which make up Wellen Park’s master-planned community. National homebuilder Lennar will be building approximately 1,300 properties includng single-family homes, coach home and condos. Single family homes will range in size from 1,850 to 2,799 square feet and start at $656,000. Condos range in size from 1120 to 1569 square feet and start at $262,000.
