A great couple I’ve been working with from New York just closed on this Treviso Bay Condominium! Treviso Bay is a great bundled golf community in Naples Florida. This two-bedroom and two bathroom condo is located in the Alberi Acqua neighborhood and overlooks a large lake and preserve.

Treviso Bay is a private golf community with an 18-hole championship golf course. It’s the only TPC course in SWFL! The golf course was designed by well-known golf course designer Arthur Hills and opened in 2018. The golf course offers wide-open fairways with challenging greens. Also, the 15,000 square foot clubhouse at the golf course was recently completed and overlooks the 9th and 18th greens of the golf course.
