Trevi at Treviso Bay

Trevi at Treviso Bay is one of three condominium complexes located in one of the top bundled golf communities in Naples, Florida. A social membership is included with each Trevi Terrace condominium. Similar to Alberi Acqua and Giaveno, the Trevi neighborhood has eight four-story buildings consisting of 30 units each.

All buildings have two staircases, one at each end of the building and an elevator in the middle. Every condominium includes one covered parking space as well as a 5′ X 9′ storage closet. Trevi condos boast spectacular views of the lakes, preserve and canals.

The Antonia model includes 1,194 square feet of living space. The unit is a split bedroom floor plan with a spacious master suite which includes his and hers walk-in closets. The Arbor model includes 1,194 square feet of living space. Similar to the Antonia, this is a split bedroom floor plan with a large master suite with two walk-in closets and the second bedroom is located near the front of the home. The kitchen offers an open view of the dining room, living room and straight out to the lanai. The lanai is slightly larger at 13′ x 8′ which is plenty of room for a wide array of patio furniture. The laundry room and utility room are easily accessible from within the condo.
