Naples Homes Sold Heat Up in Mid-March

The latest Naples Homes Sold report for the week of March 18th show there were 313 Properties Sold in the Naples area.  East Naples took over the top spot for the most real estate transactions for the week with 69 properties sold. North Naples moved into the second position with 65 home sales. And finally, the city of Naples had a very strong week with 52 real estate transactions.

So, of the 69 real estate sales in East Naples, 6 percent were vacant lots, 39 percent were single family homes and 54 percent were condos. The remaining properties sold were mobile homes.

And, in North Naples, of the 65 transactions closed, 12 percent were vacant lots, 52 percent were condos and 34 percent were single family homes. Additionally, the remaining properties sold were mobile homes.

Finally, of the 52 Naples homes sold in the City, 42 percent were single family homes and 56 percent were condos. The other property sold was a vacant lot.

In summary, the latest Naples homes sold report for the week of the 18th show sales were broken down as follows: 119 single family homes, 150 condos, 41 vacant lots and 3 mobile homes sold throughout Collier County.
