December Homes Sold Report – Week of Dec. 23rd
According to the Latest Naples Real Estate Transactions report, Naples real estate sales showed a dip during the week of the 23rd which was expected due to the shortened holiday week. There were 188 Naples Properties Sold compared to 357 the prior week.
East Naples finished the week in the top spot with 47 real estate transactions compared to 84 property sales the week of the 16th. East Naples home sales consisted of 11 percent vacant lots, 28.5 percent single family homes and 60.5 percent were condos. The remaining property sold was a mobile home.
North Naples ended the week in the second position with 33 properties sold compared to 84 transactions during the previous week. Of the 33 sales, 9 percent were vacant lots, 48.5 percent single family homes and 42.5 percent were condos.
And finally, the City of Naples had 22 homes sold, versus 40 the prior week. Real estate transactions were made up of 9 percent vacation lots, 50 percent single family home sales and 41 percent condos.
In summary, the latest Naples real estate transactions for the week of the 23rd show properties sold were broken down as follows: 78 condos, 73 single family homes, 34 vacant lots and 3 mobile homes sold throughout Collier County.
