Naples Florida Real Estate TransactionsOverall, during the week of August 21st, there were 91 Naples Florida Real Estate Transactions down from 233 from last week.  As usual, north Naples real estate sales continue to lead the way with the most transactions.  And, once again, east Naples showed the second highest activity.  Ultimately, north Naples ended the week with 29 homes sold. Also, East Naples ended with 17 properties sold.

Additionally, of the 29 real estate sales in North Naples, 34 percent of them were condos and 62 percent of them were single family homes.  So, the remaining properties sold in North Naples were vacant lots. Also, in the East Naples area, there were 17 transactions, 71 percent of which were condos. And, 29 percent of the East Naples properties sold were single family homes.

In summary, your weekly real estate update for August 21st through August 27th shows 30 condos, 44 single family homes and 17 vacant lots sold in the Naples area.
